Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and systems. If you have a passion for precision work and enjoy hands-on challenges, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Fabricate sheet metal components using various tools and machinery, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Install and repair HVAC ductwork, gutters, and other sheet metal systems.
- Perform layout work, measuring, cutting, and bending sheet metal as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
