For Heat Pumps: condition check, capacitor check, refrigerant level, condenser fan motor amp draw, compressor amp draw, blower motor, condenser coils, evaporator coil, condensate drain/pump, filter check

For Gas Furnaces: condition check, flame sensor, igniter, gas valve, heat exchanger, blower motor, combustion air vent, exhaust vent filter, fan blades, mold check on plenum

• 10% discount on repairs

Price: $299/year (first system), $269/year for each additional system.

Includes:

• 2 visits per year with an extended inspection and tune-up.
• Comprehensive 15-point inspection at each visit:

For Heat Pumps: All items from the 10-point check, plus cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils, thorough blower motor cleaning, check of all electrical connections, and verification of duct condition for leaks.

For Gas Furnaces: All items from the 10-point check, plus additional cleaning of flame sensor, inspection of air ducts, testing of safety shut-off, and blower motor belt inspection (if applicable).

Additional Benefit: Priority Emergency Service: Same-day response for emergency calls.

Waived Diagnostic Fees: No diagnostic fee for any service call.

Loyalty Credits: $25 annual credit toward replacement of major HVAC components (credited yearly up to $100 total).
