1. Basic Maintenance Plan ($159/year, $99/additional system)

Includes:
- Two seasonal maintenance visits per year (pre-season cooling and heating checks)
- Filter replacement at each visit (standard size included)
- Basic 5-point inspection:
- Thermostat calibration
- Visual inspection of coils
- Refrigerant level check
- Electrical connection check
- System operation test
- 10% discount on all repairs
- Priority scheduling for service calls
- Monthly payment option: $13.25/month for the first system, $8.25/month per additional system
2. Standard Maintenance Plan ($229/year, $120/additional system)
Best for: Homeowners looking for more thorough inspections and faster service response times.
Includes everything from the Basic Plan, PLUS:
- Expanded 10-point inspection during each visit:
- Heat Pumps: Capacitor check, condenser fan motor amp draw, compressor amp draw, blower motor check, condensate drain/pump check
- Gas Furnaces: Flame sensor test, igniter check, gas valve inspection, heat exchanger evaluation, blower motor assessment
- Extended filter selection (high-efficiency options included at no additional charge)
- Same-day priority scheduling (moves ahead of Basic Plan customers)
- Annual refrigerant check & top-off (up to 1lb)
- Monthly payment option: $19.08/month for the first system, $10/month per additional system
3. Premium Maintenance Plan ($299/year, $175/additional system)
Best for: Homeowners seeking the most comprehensive service with maximum savings and perks.
Includes everything from the Standard Plan, PLUS:
- Comprehensive 15-point inspection:
- Includes full system safety checks, duct condition inspection, deep cleaning of blower components, and evaporator coil assessment
- Waived diagnostic fees on all service calls ($89 savings per visit)
- 15% discount on all repairs (instead of 10%)
- Annual duct inspection & minor sealing recommendations
- Loyalty credits: $25 per year toward future system replacement (accrues up to $100 over 4 years)
- Monthly payment option: $24.92/month for the first system, $14.58/month per additional system
